2024 was dedicated to shaping the vision behind eSwap. We focused on researching the electric mobility landscape, defining system architecture, and building a strategic roadmap. Through deep market analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments, we laid a solid foundation for building Sydney’s most reliable battery swap network.

2025 marks the heart of development. Our engineers and designers began turning the eSwap vision into a fully functioning platform — from building the mobile and web apps to installing smart battery stations.
