How does the battery swap system work?
Our swap stations allow you to replace your low battery with a fully charged one in under 30 seconds. Just find the nearest station using the eSwap app, dock your used battery, and grab a new one — no waiting or charging required.
Where are the eSwap stations located?
eSwap stations are located across key areas of Sydney including Alexandria, Newtown, CBD, Parramatta, and more. Use our interactive map to find the closest station near you.
Do I need to own an eSwap vehicle to use the battery stations?
Yes, our battery swap system is compatible only with eSwap-approved e-scooters and e-bikes. We’ve designed both the vehicles and batteries to work seamlessly together.
Can I rent or buy the e-scooters and e-bikes?
Absolutely. We offer both purchase and rental options to suit your lifestyle. Rentals include access to our battery swap stations through a subscription plan.
Can I charge the battery at home instead of swapping?
Yes, you can. However, battery swaps save you time and reduce electricity costs. Charging at home is available but not required for active subscribers.
What’s the range of the e-scooters and e-bikes?
Each battery provides up to 60km of range. Since our vehicles can carry two batteries, you can go even further without worry.
Are eSwap products eco-friendly?
Yes! Our vehicles are fully electric with zero emissions. By using our swap network, you help reduce carbon footprints and avoid wasteful charging habits.
Can I try before I subscribe or buy?

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. All purchased eSwap products come with a standard 12-month warranty. Battery swap subscribers also receive full coverage for battery performance.

What are the available eSwap plans?
We offer four flexible plans:
Flexi Plan ($99/week): All-inclusive rental with bike, battery, helmet, roadside support & maintenance.
Hybrid Saver ($59/week): For those who own a bike and rent just the battery.
Maxi Saver ($39/week): For riders who own both the bike and battery.
Rent-to-Own: A long-term plan designed to help riders own the vehicle — contact us for pricing.
Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes, a refundable $200 bond is required for the Flexi and Hybrid Saver plans. No bond is needed for the Maxi Saver plan.
Is there an upfront payment?
Flexi Plan: $0
Hybrid Saver: $799

What is included in the Flexi Plan?
Everything you need: an e-bike, battery, helmet, lock, vest, roadside assistance, insurance, free delivery, and unlimited battery swaps.
What is included in the Hybrid Saver and Maxi Saver plans?
These plans are for riders who already own a bike or bike + battery:
- Hybrid Saver includes battery rental and unlimited swaps.
- Maxi Saver includes unlimited swaps for battery owners.
How does the Rent-to-Own plan work?
It’s a long-term rental with the option to own the bike. You pay in installments (typically 12+ weeks). Contact our team for a tailored plan.
Are battery swaps really unlimited?
Yes! All plans come with unlimited battery swaps at any eSwap station across Sydney.

Across Sydney including Alexandria, Newtown, Parramatta, the CBD, and more. Check our map for live locations.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is included within 5km of any eSwap station for eligible plans. Outside that radius, delivery fees may apply.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes — insurance is included with the Flexi Plan. Other plans must arrange their own coverage.
Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes, roadside support is included with select plans (e.g., Flexi). It covers you within Sydney Metro during business hours, excluding tyre punctures or rider negligence.
How long is the commitment?
Flexi and Hybrid Saver: 4-week minimum
Maxi Saver: No commitment
Rent-to-Own: 12+ weeks (depending on contract)
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel with 1-week notice. Incomplete weeks are non-refundable, and all equipment must be returned in good condition.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
A service log tracks all rentals. You may be charged for excessive wear, damage, or missing parts (like batteries or frames).
