eSwap offers four plans tailored to diverse rider needs, from commuting to vehicle ownership. The Flexi Plan provides a fully covered, hassle-free experience with no upfront cost. Alternatively, if you own your frame, our Hybrid Saver and Maxi Saver plans offer significant savings on battery rental.
Frequent riders and delivery professionals can benefit most from the Maxi Saver Plan, owning both frame and battery for as little amount per week, including unlimited battery swaps. For a path to ownership, our Rent-to-Own Plan builds upon the Maxi Saver model; contact our team for personalised payment options.

A refundable security bond is required for selected plans (e.g., $200 for Plan #1 & #2). It will be refunded within 1 to 2 business days post contract termination, assuming no damages or breaches. Additional charges may apply for excessive damages, or missing parts (e.g., battery, frame).
Helmet, Phone holder, Lock, Vest
Non-refundable upfront payments apply for selected plans (e.g., $799 or $2,099 on ownership-based models). This covers asset ownership and early usage of the service. Customers should review carefully before committing.
Insurance is included only in specific plans (e.g., Full Flex / Rent Plan). Riders in hybrid saver or maxi saver plans must arrange their own insurance for theft, third-party, or personal injury.
Available with select plans, limited to operational hours and within Sydney Metro. Excludes tyre punctures, damage caused by rider negligence, or events outside defined service areas. Terms subject to vehicle GPS and telematics tracking.
eSwap provides routine servicing (brakes, chain, electronics). Damage due to accidents, misuse, or third-party repair attempts are not covered and will incur charges. A service log is maintained per vehicle.
Available for rentals or purchases within 5 km radius of any Battery Swap Station (BSS). Beyond 5 km, a standard delivery fee applies.
Subscription plans include unlimited battery swaps. Battery owners can subscribe to swap services separately. Swaps outside business hours may be restricted or incur additional fees.
Certain plans (e.g., Felix Plan) require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. Rent-to-Own may involve 12+ week instalments.
